This is a facial self-massage lesson. It is taught by physiotherapist Justina Paltanavičiūtė. During the self-massage, you will learn how to massage your face or yourself. You will learn simple massage movements that will relax the muscles of the face and neck, activate blood circulation, and stimulate the drainage of lymph and accumulated fluids. Facial self-massage is very useful to improve well-being, to relieve tensions caused by everyday life, to activate and stimulate the face to work. After the massage, the face warms up, the tissues tone up and the oval of the face becomes more pronounced. The skin is lightly flushed and brightened and you feel relaxed and rested. The duration of the self-massage is ~10 – 15 minutes. Perform 3-4 times a week, morning or evening. Taking that much time for yourself and only yourself is simply wonderful!
