Return policy

The customer has the right to withdraw and return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
In this case:

• The packaging of the goods must be undamaged and the goods, together with the packaging, must be in good working order and complete.
• The product must not have been put into use or attempted to be used.
• The customer pays the return/shipping costs.

If the Customer receives a faulty product, he/she must immediately contact the Seller by phone or email to agree on the terms of exchange or return.
In this case:

• The product and packaging must be complete.
• The customer pays the return/shipping costs.

The Customer shall express his/her wish to return the product by e-mail: info@facemyo.lt/studija.

The Customer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from actions not necessary to determine the characteristics and quality of the goods.

After the return within 10 days, the money will be refunded back to your account.
